 Depression could be a mood disorder that causes a feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Also called major affective disorder, it affects how you are feeling, think and behave and may cause a high range of emotional and physical problems.


Depression may be a common and heavy medical illness that negatively affects yours behavior, the way that you think and the way you act.

 Fortunately, it's also treatable. Depression causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed. It can cause a spread of emotional and physical problems and might decrease your ability to function at work and reception.
